Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy – Ungya Baby
We understand that plans change and issues may arise. To ensure fairness and hygiene safety, we follow clear and strict guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing them only if they haven’t been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.
2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery , provided:
The item is:
✔ Unused
✔ Unopened
✔ In original packaging
✔ With all tags intact
Non-returnable items (due to hygiene reasons):
- Feeding bottles & nipples
- Spoon feeders
- Fruit nibblers
- Diapers
- Any product where the seal is broken or packaging is opened
All return requests will undergo inspection before approval.
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be:
- Processed within 7–10 working days
- Credited to the original method of payment
Important:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a product is defective or incorrect, we offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
For size or style changes:
- Exchange requests depend on stock availability
- Item must pass the return inspection
